I must say that it is a pleasure dealing with you. Always so generous and positive.
I was first told of Colostrum by Katy Roberts on her site http://banishpsoriasis.com/ For $30 she gives you an instant download of her story and diet recommendations. The supplements she recommends are mostly things I normally take daily, like enzymes, Omega fish oil, and olive leaf extract. However, she recommends some supplements I have never taken, which include “Super food”. Super Food is a term used to describe food with high phytonutrient content. The product I take is something called “Greens daily detox”. She also recommends Willard’s Water, and Colostrum (specifically Body Boost Colostrum through Inner Harmony).
I should add here that I have had psoriasis for 15 years and that it has generally not been terribly extreme compared to others. I had plaque on my elbows, knees, and in my scalp. I could never wear a dark shirt because it would soon be covered in white skin flakes.
So I purchased everything and started taking all these supplements in Feb. 2010. At first I didn’t particularly have any high expectations because I have tried many things before with no positive results. So I took these supplements everyday and didn’t think any more about it. Then in May I noticed that my skin seemed to be better. I started to get nervous just thinking about the possibility that I might be getting cured but didn’t want to hope too much. Then in June I noticed that my psoriasis was completely gone! After 15 years and countless ointments and diet experiments.
Then in July, I ran out of Colostrum but continued with the other supplements as usual. My plan was to cut out one at a time to see if one in particular was the most important. Gradually over the weeks that followed the psoriasis is returning. So now I am convinced that it is the Colostrum which is the main beneficial supplement. And Katy actually mentions this too. Perhaps the other things all working together are necessary too but I will soon test what happens if I just take the Colostrum. And I will let you know the results.

Thank you very much for your experience with BodyBoost Colostrum. Could I ask you how much and when you took the bulk BodyBoost Colostrum? Would it be okay to send your email out to other purchasers and interested persons of BodyBoost so they see the results that can be achieved?

John, I took one scoop (about a tablespoon) every morning blended with 8 oz Willard’s Water, a scoop of “Greens”, and some fruit. It took about 5-6 weeks before I started noticing some results and 3 months for my skin to be completely clear of psoriasis. I have not been taking Colostrum for about a month and I can see that gradually the psoriasis is returning to my elbows and knees (just a little). I’m sure it will go away again as soon as I start taking the Colostrum again.
As I said to Katy, this is the first time in my life that I have experienced something like this, ….. a miracle? And it wasn’t a product of positive thinking. I actually was a bit cynical because I’ve tried many things that people said worked. But I did it anyway and thought that at least I was getting good nutrition, and didn’t have that much to lose.
You can use anything I’ve said. I am very grateful to Katy for publishing her experience. If I can help anyone in some way I would be happy to do it.
